Note taking

Right now my note taking for personal stuff is a mess between vscode md files, local files and some files on my phone.

Also something to sync them? Syncthing or just some service like onenote or evernote?

I have no local monitoring services used, as I didn't feel them necessary for a desktop and a laptop.

I need something lightweight than runs on a pi 2 or 3.

Some service that watches for changes in web pages.

Something that notify me if it detects changes in search results on that page, instead of just straight html changes(which would be pointless).
